GS Solutions is seeking motivated individuals who enjoy helping others while enriching their own lives in the process. Will consult with clients and prospective clients to assess insurance needs, budget, final expenses, financial planning and other financial goals. Provides rate quotes and coverage recommendations; assists with long-term planning. Assists with the completion of application and other necessary paperwork; obtains the required underwriting approvals.

• Flexible schedule

• Part time, and can potentially be full time

• 1099, uncapped commission, and no commission requirements

• Fully remote

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on basic financial concepts including budgeting, saving, credit, insurance, and retirement planning

• Conduct virtual or in-person workshops and seminars

• Assist clients in setting and achieving financial goals

• Build and maintain client relationships with integrity and professionalism

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and services

• Follow compliance standards and ethical guidelines in all interactions

• Optionally recruit and train new team members

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for financial literacy and community education

• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and time management

• Prior experience in financial services, education, or sales is a plus but not required

• Willingness to obtain applicable state licenses (training provided if necessary)

• Must be an 18+ US Citizen and reside in the United States

• Must have internet access and access to Laptop or iPad

• Pass background check & Live Scan
